Abstract Solar water heating systems have been widely used around the world. However, exposure to sunlight can overheat device, affecting efficiency and durability of system. This article proposes an adaptive deck controller that protects system from overheating without compromising availability domestic hot water. heaters are considered one most effective ways reduce a home’s carbon footprint. They renewable energy source reduces reliance on fossil fuels saves money. Thus, this paper aims develop dynamic cover for solar prevent using artificial neural network optimize design control systems. Based self-organizing map network, automatically adjusts temperature collector through fabric screen covering main subsystems, depending many parameters such as weather conditions, demand. A suggested technique four different shade percentages (0%, 20%, 25% or 32%) avoid maintain amount home needs. Although is free, proper controls required ensure maximum use. In addition, leads longer service life.
